Due to less advertisement passengers are not aware about this application. Railway wants that the passenger use this in maximum numbers to resolve their problems. This is the reason for which railway want this application to reach more and more passengers.
Currently all the helpline number of railways has been included in the Rail Madad App, and complaints are recorded only on the helpline number 139. The online complaints registation in upcoming days will be available on this app, along with this WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter complaints will be also resolved on this Application.
The main objective of this app is to resolve passenger complaints, through South East Central Railway, during the year 2018-19, more than 5500 complaints of passengers received, all complaints of passengers were resolved.
